Breastfeeding is one of the best things you can do to give your baby a healthy start. Breast milk has all the nutrients your baby needs, and breastfed babies are less likely to have health problems like ear infections. It is best to give your baby only breast milk for the first six months.

Indiana WIC (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children) If you or your baby is eligible for Medicaid, you will likely be eligible for the Women, Infant and Children Program (WIC). WIC helps you get healthy food and, if needed, a breast pump.
